Civil Engineering s considered to be the most versatile and fundamental branch among all the engineering branches. Civil Engineering can be considered as a single largest branch among all the civil engineering branches. The Department has grown tremendously over the years and is now recognized as one of the major engineering department in the country. Besides high quality teaching and instruction at UG and PG level. The department is actively involved in basic and applied research, consultancy and it provides high quality advisory support through various R & D projects and consultancy to various organizations. The departmental of Civil Engineering with multifaceted faculty continuous to maintain & cultivate its strong link with the infrastructural industry, academics and research institutions both within and outside the country. The Department of Civil Engineering was established in the year 2007 and has grown into a fully fledged department. The departmental activities embrace Planning, Design, Construction and Management. Many of the faculty members have received advanced degrees/ training from reputed institutions in India and also pursuing their Ph.D degree in different university.
